You can download the videos directly by using freeanonymousproxy, and changing the end of the URL, like so: http://www.freeanonymousproxy.net/cgi-bin/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.pl/000110A/http/www.emergencysubnet.com/interface/Message/15_SE1A_UID2981.flv
Would get you the video for day 15, and
http://www.freeanonymousproxy.net/cgi-bin/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.pl/000110A/http/www.emergencysubnet.com/interface/Message/26_SE6A_UID2981.flv
Gets you the video for day 26. Notice that the filename matches the listing in the PublicNet section, For example, look at the PublicNet listing. You'll see each day's video in this format: 26/SE6A/UID2981 . Cut one of the example URL's above into your browser address bar, and then just copy in the video designation (26/SE6A/UID2981), replace each "/" with an underscore, and add .flv at the end.
Once you've save them to disk, you can view them by downloading the great, free, cross platform video player "Video Lan Client". It has a feature that allows you to slow down the playback (the << button).
Enjoy!

Skipping the starting video
If you used the delete "subnet.sol" method to get more time on the subnet, you will get the opening video each time, as if you had never visited the site. Sitting through that video is tedious and eats into the time limit. To skip it, just refresh the site and you will start right with the subnet interface, with lots of time remaining.

Getting around the "You need Flash 9" installed error
I find that using http://www.freeanonymousproxy.net/ and unselecting "Remove scripts" allows me to access the site most of the time, when just going to http://www.emergencysubnet.com/ gives me that error.
To get around the time limt
Search for and delete the "subnet.sol" file: For Windows XP, it's usually in "C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USERNAME\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\SOMETHING RANDOM\www.emergencysubnet.com" or ""C:\Users\YOUR USERNAME\App Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\SOMETHING RANDOM\www.emergencysubnet.com" for Vista
